Super Distortion DP100
This pickup started a sound revolution. Replacement pickups simply didn't exist before the invention of the Super Distortion® in the early Seventies. This DiMarzio Humbucker pickup is available in a Chrome Tops version - a veneer of solid metal bonded to the tops of the coils, hand polished to a mirror finish and heavily plated to the same standards as fine jewelry. The solid metal surface is as tough and durable as traditional metal pickup covers but gives you the modern look of uncovered pickups. Add $75.00 to the cost of the pickup if you choose the Chrome Tops version.
Keep in mind that Humbuckers come in two varieties: Standard spacing and F spacing (F spacing refers to a wider spacing between pole pieces). Please let us know which you would prefer.
